This content distribution method includes a first acquisition step, a second acquisition step, a determination step, and a distribution step. The first acquisition step includes acquiring a video and sound information by filming a performer. The second acquisition step includes acquiring tactile information of the performer. The determination step includes determining whether or not the video acquired in the first acquisition step contains a determination matter related to switching of the tactile information to be distributed. The distribution step includes distributing acquired content information. The distribution step includes a first distribution step for deciding and distributing the video and the sound information to be distributed and a second distribution step for distributing the tactile information corresponding to the video decided in the first distribution step. When the video decided in the first distribution step contains the determination matter, distribution of the tactile information is started in the second distribution step after a predetermined delay time has passed from the start of distribution of the video and the sound information in the first distribution step.
