Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of terminals, and discloses a content excerption method and a device, capable of providing more convenient and efficient content excerption experience for a user. In the present application, an electronic device can pre-determine a user excerption intention in advance according to an operation used for representing an intention of a user to excerpt content on an interface, such that interface area identification as well as content identification and content acquisition in an interface area can be performed in advance, the obtained content is directly excerpted to a target position of a target interface when the user triggers an excerption action, and smoother content excerption experience is provided for the user. For example, if the operation intention of the user is to excerpt interface content in a picture form, the electronic device can perform the interface area identification as well as the content identification and picture acquisition in the interface area in advance. For another example, if the operation intention of the user is to extract the interface content in an editable form, the electronic device can perform the interface area identification as well as the content identification and editable content extraction in the interface area in advance.
