Abstract:
This vertical-type bag filling and packing device (1) for manufacturing a film packing bag (100) and sealing a fluid (X), comprises: a film conveyance unit (50) that downwardly conveys a tube film (Fc); a filling unit (30) that puts a fluid into the tube film (Fc); a horizontal seal unit (60) that welds the tube film (Fc) in the horizontal direction to make a bag body (Fa); and a cutter unit (70) that cuts the bag body (Fa) from the tube film (Fc). The horizontal seal unit (60) comprises: a preheat seal part (61) that heats and welds the tube film (Fc); and an ultrasonic seal part (65) that further applies ultrasonic waves to a preheat seal (105) formed by the preheat seal part (61) to weld the preheat seal (105).
