Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an electronic book that is easier to read by improving a mode in which an electronic book having a plurality of content items such as a cartoon including a plurality of partial areas (cuts) is displayed on a display screen of a mobile terminal, etc. [Solution] Provided is a method for deploying first content and second content on a display screen in a distance D along a Y-axis in the orthogonal coordinate system composed of an X-axis and the Y-axis that are orthogonal to each other, wherein the first content includes a first object to be displayed, the second content includes a second object to be displayed, and the method comprises: specifying a region outside the first object to be displayed, which is present on a second content side, in a region outside an object to be displayed except for a region of the first object to be displayed from a region of the first content; specifying a region outside the second object to be displayed, which is present on a first content side, in a region outside the object to be displayed except for a region of the second object to be displayed from a region of the second content; calculating a plurality of total widths, each of the total widths being the sum of the width in the Y-axis direction in the region outside the first object to be displayed on the same X-axis and the width in the Y-axis direction in the region outside the second object to be displayed; and determining the distance D on the basis of the plurality of total widths and a prescribed reference.
