A content pushing method and apparatus, and an electronic device, which are applied to an electronic device located at a pushing party; the method comprises: determining user features and description information of content to be pushed that are published on a blockchain by a requesting party (102); detecting a peripheral user of an electronic device (104); and when a target user matching the user features is detected, pushing to the target user the content to be pushed (106).
