Abstract:
When a process playing video content terminates with an error while said video content is being exported to media, an export license is used up. The disclosed content reception terminal is provided with: an export unit (109, 110, and 111) which encrypts content being received from a server (120) and sequentially directly exports the encrypted content to portable media (108); a decryption-key write unit (112) which encrypts a content decryption key for decrypting the encrypted content and records the encrypted content decryption key on the portable media; a read unit (114) which reads the encrypted content exported to the portable media; a decryption-key decryption unit (113) which reads the encrypted content decryption key from the portable media and decrypts said content decryption key; and a playback unit (114 and 115) which uses the decrypted content decryption key to decrypt the encrypted content read from the portable media and plays said content. When encrypted content is being sequentially exported to the portable media, the read unit sequentially reads said encrypted content.
