Abstract:
A contents management system is provided with a plurality of templates, in which
work items corresponding to processing rights to be given to individual users
are indicated, in case the working situations of contents editing works are managed.
The templates corresponding to the processing rights of the users are registered
in advance together with user information in a database (14). At the time of user
access to the contents edition, the access user is authenticated with reference
to the data base (14). If the user is registered, the corresponding template is
selected, and the work item indicated in that template is displayed. The work
execution corresponding to each work item is grasped, and the working history
is stored in the corresponding item of the template. When the access to the identical
user is made again, the working history is indicated in the display template.
