Abstract:
The present invention relates to a continuous automated manufacturing system for a sand mold, enabling faster and simpler continuous automated production when a sand mold among molds formed by tightly compacting molding sand is manufactured, thereby being capable of contributing greatly to the improvement of productivity and quality of the sand mold, remarkably shortening the production cycle time of the product and, at the same time, enabling poor working conditions of an operator, caused by scattered dust, to be improved, comprising: a flask supplying part (100) for clamping upper and lower flasks (1, 2), which are formed as one set, by the piece, and then supplying the same to a flask rotating part (200); a primary flask rotating part (200) for axially rotating, at 180°, only the lower flask (2) among the flasks moved from the flask supplying part (100) so as to remove various foreign substances and residual molding sand accumulated in the lower flask (2) and transfer the same to a sand mold shaping part (400); a pair of left and right molding sand supplying parts (300) for supplying the molding sand into the upper and lower flasks transferred to the sand mold shaping part (400), and equally filling every part of the upper and lower flasks with the molding sand by means of a turbine-type impeller (330); when the molding sand is filled in the upper and lower flasks by means of the molding sand supplying parts (300), the pair of left and right sand mold shaping parts (400) for transmitting vibration to the insides of the upper and lower flasks through a rotary vibrator (460), simultaneously pressing, the filled molding sand from the top thereof toward the bottom thereof so as to firmly and solidly form the sand mold even in the small parts, and then transferring the flasks to a secondary flask rotating part (500); the secondary flask rotating part (500) for transferring the flasks to an upper and lower flask stacking part (600) in a state in which the lower flask is axially rotated at 180° such that the upper and lower flasks transferred from the sand mold shaping parts (400) can be stacked in the directions in which the flasks face each other; the upper and lower flask stacking part (600) for positioning, at the upper, the lower flask among the flasks transferred from the secondary flask rotating part (500), stacking the upper flask on the upper end thereof so as to allow the same to be in position, and transferring the same to a discharge conveyor; and a control part (700) having a microcomputer, embedded therein, for enabling various devices to be controlled by a program, and receiving information through a sensor (800) and controlling, according to the information, all the operations of the flask supplying part (100), the primary flask rotating part (200), the molding sand supplying parts (300), the sand mold shaping parts (400), the secondary flask rotating part (500), and an upper and lower flask coupling part (600).
