Abstract:
The present invention relates to a continuous automatic grilling apparatus having an easily attached/detached grilling drum, the apparatus having a grilling drum at the upper part thereof, and having, at the lower part thereof, a rotating means for rotating the grilling drum and a grilling/heating means for smoking meat inside the grilling drum, and enabling the grilling drum to be easily separated from the rotating means thereunder when the grilling drum is lifted. The present invention applies a method by which the grilling drum rotates when the rotating means rotates as saw teeth of the rotating means engage with saw teeth of the grilling means, even without connecting using a separate device such as a belt or a chain, only if the grilling drum is put on the rotating means thereunder, so as to simplify the structure of the apparatus such that the occurrence of breakdown is minimized, and allows the grilling drum to be separated therefrom by only lifting the grilling drum up without the need to separately disassemble the apparatus when the grilling drum requires replacement or cleaning, and thus management of the apparatus is convenient.
