Abstract:
A method of continuously carbonization-treating, while saving energy, biomass resources and other inflammable wastes by utilizing a rotary kiln, characterized by comprising a step for supplying treated matter from the upstream side of the cylindrical rotary kiln to the rotary kiln having a spiral carrying wall on the inner peripheral surface thereof and having an agitating wall crossing the carrying wall formed thereon, a step for blowing flame from the downstream side of the rotary kiln to the inside of the rotary kiln and, after the treated matter is ignited, stopping the blowing of the flame, a step for supplying air from the downstream side to the inside of the rotary kiln to self-burn inflammable gas produced from the treated matter, a step for sucking gas produced in the rotary kiln from the upstream side of the rotary kiln and defusing and dumping the gas, and a step for discharging the carbide of the treated matter from the downstream side of the rotary kiln and cooling the discharged carbide.
