Abstract:
A continuous coagulating device for soybean curds (tofu) whereby soybean curds having good appearance can be produced while preventing hanging downward and meandering of a conveyor belt, preventing leakage of soymilk, and forming no seams or wrinkles on the soybean curd surface.
The continuous coagulating device for soybean curds comprises a conveyor belt (C), which coagulates soymilk containing a coagulating agent while conveying the soymilk, and a concave member (10), which is located under the convey belt (C), wherein the convey belt (C) is arranged in a concave shape to follow the shape of said concave member (10), thereby said convey belt (C) forming coagulation tanks (10a, 10b), and conveyed. It is preferred that said conveyor belt (C) is a belt formed by applying a resin coating (7) to a core material such as a fabric (3) or the like.
