Abstract:
Provided are a continuous distillation apparatus and method for liquor. The continuous distillation apparatus comprises: a sealed housing, a hollow rotating shaft, a heat source supply, and a collector. The hollow rotating shaft is located inside the sealed housing, an outer surface of the hollow rotating shaft is provided with spiral blades, the spiral blades are driven by the hollow rotating shaft to jointly rotate with the hollow rotating shaft so as to push vinasse to move in the axial direction of the hollow rotating shaft, and the spiral blade is provided with a hollow cavity communicating with a hollow cavity of the hollow rotating shaft, such that a heating medium may pass therethrough; the heat source supply communicates with the hollow cavity of the hollow rotating shaft, thereby providing the heating medium heating the vinasse for the hollow rotating shaft and the spiral blades; and the collector is located at the top of the sealed housing and collects components distilled from the vinasse.
