Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of the processing of bee products. A continuous drying device for bee pollen and a drying method therefor are provided. The drying device comprises a box body (1) on which a bee pollen feed port (11) and a bee pollen discharge port (12) are configured respectively, and a partition plate (2) is provided inside the box body (1), the partition plate (2) partitions an interior chamber of the box body (1) into an upper chamber (1a) and a lower chamber (1b), and a free end of the partition plate (2) forms an opening together with a sidewall of the box body (1); a first drying transport structure (3) provided in the upper chamber (1a) is used for heating the bee pollen to be dried which fell from the bee pollen feed port (11), and transports the heated bee pollen towards the direction close to the opening; a second drying transport structure (4) provided in the lower chamber (1b) is used for heating the bee pollen which fell from the opening, and transports the heated and dried bee pollen towards the direction close to the bee pollen discharge port (12); and a heat pump dehumidifying and heating structure (5), an air inlet of which is in communication with the lower chamber (1b), and an air outlet of which is in communication with the upper chamber (1a). The continuous drying device for the bee pollen has the advantage of high drying efficiency.
