Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional metal film and a thin film mirror using a continuous electroforming process and comprises: a step for engraving a resin film by inserting the resin film which is a few hundred meters long into a roller press for a roll-to-roll process using a roller mold; a step for spreading conductive material on the surface of the engraved resin film; a step for forming a metal layer which is tens of micrometers thick on the surface of the resin film coated with the conductive material using the electroforming process; a step for separating the formed metal layer from the resin film and insulation-coating the rear surface of the separated metal layer with resin; a step for forming an oxide film release layer on the surface of the separated metal layer; and a step for forming and separating the metal layer using the electroforming process. Therefore, the continuous three-dimensional metal film and the continuous thin film mirror are easily mass-produced, the thickness is easily adjusted by the electroforming process, uniform and stable products are manufactured by repetitive production through a master, and the cost of production is lowered.
