Abstract:

The present invention relates to a continuous electroplating test device simulating different linear speeds of band steel, characterized in that the test device comprises a support provided with a work bench, a work groove being fixed on the work bench. The test device further comprises a working electrode system, a transmission shaft, an auxiliary electrode, and a sample working electrode, the transmission shaft being connected to the working electrode system, and the auxiliary electrode and the working electrode system both being connected to a rectifier to form a closed loop. The sample working electrode is installed on the working electrode system to adjust motor rotation to simulate a high-speed band steel production process. The test device can simulate a whole continuous band steel production process, including technical processes such as alkaline cleaning, acid cleaning, electroplating and passivation, and is capable of simulating either the whole process or a specific technical process. Respective simulation tests do not interfere with each other, further ensuring test accuracy.
