Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a continuous fiber-reinforced resin composite material having a good acoustic emission signal and high strength, modulus of elasticity, and water absorption characteristics, and a method for producing the same. A continuous fiber-reinforced resin composite material containing continuous reinforcing fibers and a thermoplastic resin, characterized in that the acoustic emission (AE) count determined by the following formula is 0.30 or less. (AE count A) = (number of AE signals having an amplitude of 40 dB or more and a duration of 3500 μsec or less)/(total number of AE signals)
