Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a continuous fibre-reinforced thermoplastic composite microfoam product and a forming method and apparatus therefor: continuous fibre undergoes the steps of widening and compounding to form a fibre prepreg tape; after being laid according to a determined rule, the fibre prepreg tape is pre-pressed to form a fibre-reinforced thermoplastic polymer preform; the preform is heated, pressurised, and vacuumed and then introduced into supercritical fluid, and kept for a certain period of time according to a determined process; and the supercritical fluid is quickly released in a determined direction to obtain a fibre-reinforced microfoam product with a special microporous structure. The present invention effectively solves the problem of the distribution of continuous fibre in foaming products, the damage rate of the fibre being low and the lamination thereof and foaming being completed in the same mould, the production efficiency being high and the product having fine foam pores and excellent mechanical properties, and being capable of direct large-scale application.
