Abstract:
A continuous flow reaction device and a method for flow synthesis of bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide based on same. The continuous flow reaction device comprises a jacket heat exchanger (1), a metering pump (2), a first micro-channel reactor (3), a first gas-liquid separation system (4), a second micro-channel reactor (5), a second gas-liquid separation system (6), a third micro-channel reactor (7), a third gas-liquid separation system (8), a light component removal tower (9), and a rectifying tower (10) which are communicated in sequence, and further comprises a liquid pressurization system (11), a mass flowmeter (12), and a tail gas absorption system (13). In the present invention, three sets of micro-channel reactors and gas-liquid separation systems are connected in series, vaporized hydrogen fluoride is divided into three parts which are respectively pumped into the first, second and third micro-channel reactors (3, 5, 7), and HCl gas generated by reaction is discharged out of the system in a timely fashion, so that a reaction pressure drop is reduced, reaction selectivity is improved, the reaction is more sufficient by continuously supplementing AHF, the conversion per pass is increased, the reaction time is shortened, and side reactions are reduced.
