Abstract:
A continuous forming process for honeycomb panel is provided, wherein the honeycomb is formed by folding bamboo fabric, in this process the bamboo fabric is folded and cut into bamboo honeycomb core, then the bamboo honeycomb core is stretched into bamboo honeycomb, in the last step the bamboo honeycomb is cooperated with the bamboo fabric and other cladding materials to form various composite panel products with bamboo honeycomb. These products can be widely used in many areas, e.g. decoration, fitment, furniture, building material, packaging, building etc.
