Title:
CONTINUOUS LINEAR COMPRESSION SPRING GRINDING DEVICE CAPABLE OF EASILY EXCHANGING TWO GRINDING WHEELS MOUNTED FACING EACH OTHER IN PARALLEL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/221813
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a continuous linear compression spring grinding device for grinding end surfaces of a linear compression spring (10) by means of upper and lower chain conveyors (100, 200) and grinding units (300). The continuous linear compression spring grinding device, which can easily exchange two grinding wheels mounted facing each other in parallel, is characterized by comprising: two grinding units (300) in each of which transmission to a grinding wheel (350) occurs through a gear box (260) and a rotary shaft of a motor (240) is positioned higher than a central shaft of the grinding wheel (350), and which are installed facing each other in parallel on both sides of the linear compression spring (10) fixed to the continuous linear compression spring grinding device so as to grind both end surfaces of the linear spring; two hinge shafts (140) which are fixed, on the lowermost surfaces of the grinding units (300), at positions spaced a predetermined distance from the grinding wheels, and which are inserted into and thereby coupled to bearings fixed to a main body of the grinding device; an upper guide (225) which prevents the linear compression spring (10) from falling out; and rod end fixed shafts (150) each of which is fixed to an end of a cylinder rod (170) of a pneumatic cylinder (180) and inserted into and thereby coupled to a bearing that is fixed to each of the grinding units (300) in a position between a rotary shaft of each of the grinding wheels and each of the hinge shafts (140), wherein the rotary shafts of the grinding wheels in the grinding units (300) are allowed to rotate vertically or horizontally according to the back and forth movements of the pneumatic cylinders (170) so that the two grinding wheels (350) of the grinding units (300) can be easily exchanged.
