Abstract:
Disclosed are a continuous printing device and printing process for a micro-porous layer of a fuel cell. The device comprises a conveyor belt assembly, a printing treatment area, a detection area, a printing supplementation treatment area, a secondary detection area, a substandard-product marking area and a mechanical-arm sorting area. By means of the device, an integrated intelligent operation procedure of printing, drying, detection, printing supplementation, marking and sorting of a micro-porous layer is realized, thereby improving the working efficiency. With regard to the conveyor belt assembly, a sheet baseband is combined with thin-strip-shaped metal sheets, such that the overall toughness of a conveyor belt can be ensured, and a metal supporting area formed by the metal sheets can also realize a supporting effect for when a micro-porous layer is printed. The printing treatment area and the printing supplementation treatment area each are provided with a vacuum suction box with electromagnetic sheets, such that a metal support can be suctioned to realize pre-positioning, thereby ensuring that the conveyor belt does not shake during a printing process, and ensuring stability during the printing process.
