Abstract:
Disclosed is a continuous processing device (100) for fibre forming of bamboo. The device comprises a machine and tool track (1), a trolley guide rail (2), a trolley (3) and a bamboo chip clamp (4), wherein the trolley (3) is connected to the bamboo chip clamp (4) via a connecting plate (5), and an insertion slit (11) is provided on the machine and tool track (1) along the path of the machine and tool track (1). The machine and tool track comprises a head linear track segment (11), a conical helical structure track segment (12) and a tail linear track segment (13) arranged in sequence, and the trolley guide rail (2) comprises a head linear guide rail segment (21), a conical helical structure guide rail segment (22) and a tail linear guide rail segment (23) arranged in sequence. Further disclosed is a continuous processing method for fibre forming of bamboo by using the continuous processing device.
