Title:
CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION DEVICE AND CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION METHOD FOR POLYMER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/074051
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a continuous production device for a polymer, which has a device configuration that makes the device easy to wash and maintain, and allows solution polycondensation to efficiently proceed; and a continuous production method for a polymer. A continuous production device (100) has a reaction container body (1), partition plates (6a-6c) which separate the reaction container body into a plurality of reaction tanks (2a-2d), and a raw material feeding part, wherein: the partition plates each have a center of rotation; between adjacent ones of the reaction tanks, respective gas phase sections are connected together and respective liquid phase sections are connected together; and reaction mixtures generated in the reaction tanks are sequentially transferred to the reaction tanks.
