Abstract:
The invention relates to a continuous roast meat device that comprises a frame, a heating means, a meat conveyor and a meat rotary means. The meat will be transported continuously and evenly through the roast zone of the heating means by the conveyor and rotated during the transportation. Therefore the roasted meat has a uniform roast degree and a stable quality. Simultaneously, the device of this invention is easy to operate with a high rate of produciton, a small energy consumption and good work conditions, and can take only a small area.
