Abstract:
A continuous rolling machine with a flexible hot pressboard(10) has a driving roller(3), a tension roller(4) and a guiding roller(5) supported and distributed on a machine frame in triangle form. A main press roller(2) is installed between the driving roller(3) and the guiding roller(5). The main press roller(2) and the guiding roller(5) form a primary pressurization mechanism of a plate blank. A steel belt(8) covers the main press roller(2), the driving roller(3), the tension roller(4) and the guiding roller(5) sequentially to form an endless closed heat conduction transmission mechanism. The steel belt(8) drives each roller to rotate and applies heat and pressure to the plate blank. The flexible hot pressboard(10) covers the outside of the steel belt(8). Some hydraulic cylinders are distributed at the outside of the hot pressboard(10) and the flexible hot pressboard(10) transfers pressure and heat to the steel belt(8) by roller blankets. This continuous rolling machine enables adjusting temperature, pressure and displacement applied on the plate blank according to the requirement of the board-making process, and conveniently adjusts the density distribution in the thickness direction of the plate blank. The machine increases the high-density layer on the surface, enhances the surface quality, increases the heat input to the steel belt and ensures that the plate blank is heated homogenously. The machine improves middle layer density and bonding strength.
