Abstract:
Provided is a high-speed continuous rotary type filling and packing machine capable of identifying a defective filling head and seal head, and also capable of specifying a defective portion in a sealing action surface of the seal head. In the sealing device of a high-speed continuous rotary type filling and packing machine which covers a container body filled with liquid content with a molded lid and seals the container body and the molded lid to form a sealed container, a filling head number and a seal head number are ink-jetted (printed) on the container body using an ink, preferably an invisible ink (transparent ink), etc., readable by irradiating ultraviolet rays, wherein the container body is in a state wherein the sealing action surface of the seal head and the top surface of the container molded lid are press bonded, and the positional relationship between the sealing action surface and the sealed container is fixed.
