Abstract:
A continuous track support wheel temperature monitoring method, device and system. The system comprises: the continuous track support wheel temperature monitoring device (200), a temperature sensor (100) and an alarm device (300), the temperature sensor (100) being used for detecting the current operating temperature of a continuous track support wheel (1003), the continuous track support wheel temperature monitoring device (200) being used for storing and judging the current operating temperature of the continuous track support wheel (1003) and generating and outputting early warning information, the alarm device (300) being used for outputting an early warning signal according to an indication of the continuous track support wheel temperature monitoring device (200). The temperature of the support wheel (1003) is sampled and analysed in real time, the operating state of the support wheel (1003) is monitored in a timely and effective manner, and temperature operating trends are analysed and prejudgments and corresponding early warnings are made with regard to temperature changes on the basis of the collected temperature data.
