Abstract:
A continuous treating device for biomass pyrolysis, comprising a biomass distribution box (1), a biomass delivery device (2), and a container (3) for biomass pyrolysis all sequentially connected, the container (3) for biomass pyrolysis being provided with a synthesized gas transfer pipe (15), one end of the container (3) for biomass pyrolysis being a biomass feeding inlet; the biomass delivery device (2) is a spiral delivery device of a threaded screw structure disposed in the feeding inlet. The continuous treating device is characterized by a method of utilizing the waste heat produced in the pyrolysis process, providing proper treatment for heat exchange and substance conversion resulting from each pyrolyzing. The whole system operation has zero emission and is environmentally friendly; both the substance and gas produced can be used, having economic benefit.
