Abstract:
A continuous vacuum doughmake and a noodle-producing equipment with the doughmake
are provided. The continuous vacuum doughmake comprises a frame (1), a dough-kneading
chamber (2) having a discharging device (5), a flour-transporting device (3),
a water-feeding device (4), a control circuit, a vacuumpumping device (6) and
a mixing-feeding device. The mixing-feeding device is cooperated with the discharging
device (5), so as to press the dough into the discharging device (5) and seal the
discharging device (5) to prevent gas outside from flowing into it. The flour
and water are continuously transported into the dough-kneading chamber (2)
by the flour-transporting device (3) and the water-feeding device (4) under
the control of the control circuit. The continuous vacuum doughmake continuously
works during the whole processes of providing materials, kneading dough and
discharging dough, and feeds materials automatically. The general problem
of kneading dough intermittently in prior vacuum doughmake is solved. It needn't
manually provide materials and take the dough out, in order to realize the decreasement
of labor intensity, reducement of time of kneading and curing the dough, increasement
of production efficiency. The production efficiency of the noodle-producing
equipment with the doughmake is also increased.
