Abstract:

The inventive single−circuit continuously operating self−contained device for producing CO₂−extracts from vegetable raw materials comprises at least two extractors (1, 2) and electric heaters (10) arranged in the lower part thereof, at least two evaporators (3, 4) provided with electric heaters (11) arranged therein. The upper part of the extractors (1, 2) and the evaporators (3, 4) are provided with inspection sensors for controlling the volume of liquid CO₂. Said device also comprises a¿ &quest condenser (5) provided with a cooling unit (6), a storage capacity (7) and an additional capacity (8) for the liquid CO₂ which are connected to each other in such a way that it is possible to continuously supply the CO₂ to the circuit. The storage capacity (7) is connected to the condenser (5) and the extractors (1, 2). Filters (18) for cleaning extract, capacities (14, 17) for raw materials and extract, respectively and a pump (9) for supplying the liquid CO₂ are technologically connected with the aid of pipelines provided with stop valves in such a way that they form a closed circuit. Each extractor (1, 2), each evaporator (3, 4) and the condenser (5) is provided with electronic instruments (12, 32) in order to inspect and control the temperature regime of the extraction process.
