Title:
CONTINUOUSLY OPERATING (HYDRAULIC) CRUSHER FOR PULVERIZING AMONG OTHER THINGS STONE, CONCRETE, ASPHALT PARTS AND THE LIKE, MOUNTABLE TO A HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1995/027111
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Most crushers (pulverizers) of - among other things - stone, concrete and asphalt parts comprise a drive for breaking jaws realized by a hydraulic cylinder, usually on one of the jaws. For controlling the "crushing speed" use is made of a hydraulic speed valve in combination with a hydraulic cylinder and a possible pressure booster. The invention does not contain these elements because the drive is effected by an eccenter shaft (11), driven directly by a hydraulic motor, from where the "crushing" movement is initiated. Via the knee lever (8, 12) a considerable increase of force is effected on the moving jaw member (6).
