Abstract:
A continuously operating system for separating and enriching cobalt from a high-impurity content cobalt solution, and a method therefor, the continuously operating system adopting a novel internal switching multi-way valve design concept. Combined with PLC control, it can operate continuously and stably, and operation is simple and convenient. This method combines material and resin characteristics, and uses a desorption solution as a washing acid. After adjusting the pH with the washing solution, alkali regeneration is performed. In addition, the step of washing alkali with water is omitted, and resin cycling steps are reduced to five, which greatly simplifies the operation method. This not only reduces the amount of new water used and external water discharge of the entire process, enabling industrial large-scale production, but also keeps the product composition and concentration stable for a long period of time.
