Abstract:
A continuously variable speed method and device for a disc, comprising a disc-shaped plate (1), wherein the central degree of freedom of the disc-shaped plate (1) with regards to moving in the three directions xyz is limited, and further comprising a tray (2) that is in contact with the disc-shaped plate (1), wherein the degree of freedom of the tray (2) with regards to rotating in the three directions xyz is limited; the distance between the tray (2) and the center of the disc-shaped plate (1) is less than the radius of the disc-shaped plate (1); the disc-shaped plate (1) is stressed to make contact with the tray (2), and the relative speed of the disc-shaped plate (1) and the tray (2) at the contact point of the disc-shaped plate (1) and the tray (2) is constant; the angle of inclination of the disc-shaped plate (1) changes along with a change in distance between the disc-shaped plate (1) and the tray (2); the ratio of the rotational speed of a projection of the radius of the disc-shaped plate (1) on the tray (2) to the rotational speed of a projection of the lowest point of the disc-shaped plate (1) on the tray (2) changes; and the disc-shaped plate (1) drives an output shaft (4) to rotate, causing a change in the output speed to occur so as to achieve a continuously variable speed effect.
