Abstract:
A contraction connection assembly, a contraction connection structure and a connection method. The contraction connection structure comprises a contraction connection assembly, and more than one connected pieces. The contraction connection assembly comprises a connection core rod, a contraction sleeve made up of more than two contraction pieces encircling the connection core rod, a sleeve used for driving the contraction sleeve to contract, and a limiting mechanism preventing the sleeve and the contraction sleeve from loosening when the contraction sleeve is in a fully contracted state. A contraction piece holding portion holding the contraction sleeve in the axial direction is provided on the connection core rod. A positioning holding portion is provided on the outer periphery of an end portion of one end of the connection core rod. The contraction pieces comprise wedge-shaped holding grooves, and tapered surfaces for contraction. A contraction sleeve accommodating space is provided in the sleeve, and a driving tapered surface is provided on a wall of the contraction sleeve accommodating space. The advantages of the present invention are that a connection will not fail even in adverse situations such as those having an especially large load, in particular an especially large axial load, especially heavy vibrations, a high temperature, or alternating variations between high and low temperatures, the connection is highly reliable, and the use of bolts and nuts may be replaced.
