Abstract:
A contraction and expansion-type fastening connection assembly, and a contraction and expansion-type fastening connection structure and connection method. The contraction and expansion-type fastening connection structure comprises the contraction and expansion-type fastening connection assembly, a main component, and an auxiliary component; provided on the main component is a first blocking recess part; the contraction and expansion-type fastening connection assembly comprises a connection core rod, an expansion sleeve, an expansion drive element, a contraction sleeve, a sleeve cylinder for driving the contraction sleeve to contract, a limit structure for preventing the sleeve cylinder from becoming loose when the contraction sleeve is completely contracted; the connection core rod comprises a drive conical surface for expansion, a blocking head part, and a contraction element blocking part; the expansion element comprises a first blocking extrusion part and a conical surface for expansion; provided on the outer surface of the contraction element is a conical surface for contraction; provided inside of the contraction sleeve is a drive conical surface for contraction. The present invention provides a reliable connection that does not fail even in bad conditions such as when the load, in particular the axial load, is large, when vibration is severe, when the temperature is high, or when the temperature moves between high and low extremes.
