Abstract:
A monitoring-screen display instruction unit (160) in a control unit (16) in a home controller makes a display unit display a monitoring screen for monitoring electrical devices installed in a home. A notification-information generation unit (161) generates notification information for a user, said notification information stemming from an action performed by an electrical device, and stores the generated notification information in a storage unit. If the generated notification information belongs to a specific category, a message display instruction unit (162) makes the display unit display, on the monitoring screen, a notification message based on the notification information. Upon receiving, from the user, a list-display request that specifies a notification-information category, the message display instruction unit (162) extracts, from the storage unit, notification information that belongs to the specified category and makes the display unit display a list of notification messages based on the extracted notification information.
