Abstract:
A control apparatus may comprise an estimation unit that estimates a first position at which a mobile body, tracking an object such that the distance from the object is kept a predetermined distance, should arrive in accordance with the movement of the object at first time point. The control apparatus may comprise a deriving unit that derives a first speed of the mobile body required for the mobile body to arrive at the first position at the first time point. A control unit may comprise a first determination unit that, if the first speed being greater than a second speed at which the mobile body can move while tracking the object, determines a second position at which the mobile body can arrive toward the first position at the first time point. The control apparatus may comprise a decision unit that decides, on the basis of a positional relationship between the object and the mobile body being at the second position at the first time point, at least one of an image pickup condition or an image pickup direction of an image pickup system, mounted on the mobile body, for the image pickup system to pick up an image of the object at the first time point.
