Abstract:
A control apparatus (10) and a control method for an alternating-current electric motor. Provided is the control apparatus (10) for an alternating-current electric motor, wherein same is used for drive control of an alternating-current electric motor. The control apparatus comprises: a rotor flux linkage observation unit (101) for calculating a phase angle θ of a rotor flux linkage of an alternating-current electric motor; a current adjustment amount calculation unit (102) for calculating a d-axis current adjustment value iadjust according to a rotational speed ω1 of the alternating-current electric motor obtained on the basis of the phase angle θ of the rotor flux linkage; and a drive unit (103) for adjusting a d-axis current command value id according to the d-axis current adjustment value iadjust to obtain an adjusted d-axis current command value i'd, and driving the alternating-current electric motor according to the adjusted d-axis current command value i'd and a q-axis current command value iq. The method can enable a control system to operate outside an unstable region, thereby improving the stability of control performed by the control apparatus.
