Abstract:
The present invention improves usability of a control apparatus for controlling the operating states of electrical apparatuses. In order to achieve this, the control apparatus (10) for controlling the operation states of electrical apparatuses (30) is provided with a reception unit (21), a touch-panel type liquid crystal display (22), and an operation control unit (25). The reception unit (21) receives power demand/supply information transmitted from a broadcasting station (15). User setting information, which is setting items related to the operation of the electrical apparatuses (30), is inputted into the liquid crystal display (22) by a user. In order to adjust power consumption by the electrical apparatuses (30), the operation control unit (25) controls the operation states of the electrical apparatuses (30) on the basis of the power demand/supply information received by the reception unit (21), and the user setting information inputted into the liquid crystal display (22).
