Abstract:
This control apparatus has a reception unit and a control unit. The reception unit receives a brake control instruction from a bus which is used for communication by a plurality of electronic control units in a moving body. In a case where, when the reception unit receives a brake control instruction, the distance from the moving body to an obstacle and the speed of the moving object satisfy prescribed conditions for invalidating the brake control instruction, the control unit executes control for invalidating or discarding the brake control instruction.
