Abstract:
Provided is a control apparatus for a vehicular drive apparatus in which an engaging device (32) and a transmission device are provided in a motive power transmission path that connects an internal combustion engine and vehicle wheels, the control apparatus executing a mid-gearshift slip control which causes the engaging device (32) to slip during a gearshifting action, and under a certain condition during the execution of the mid-gearshift slip control, executing a special torque down control for reducing the output torque of the internal combustion engine.
