Abstract:
A control cable (10) that has a metal reinforcement wire (11) fixed at both ends
by anchors (14, 14), a synthetic resin outer casing (12) that is provided so as
to be slidable relative to the reinforcement wire (11) and so as not to constrain
axial thermal deformation of the reinforcement wire (11) occurring based on
a variation in environmental temperature, and a flexible metal inner cable (13)
that is slidably received in the outer casing (12). Cable ends (17, 17) that are
connected to an operation member and a member that is to be operated are secured
to both ends of the inner cable (13).
