Abstract:
A cooling fan control circuit for a cabinet, which is composed of three parts: a voltage stability control working power supply, a temperature control circuit and a fan drive circuit. The voltage stability control working power supply is composed of a three-terminal power supply voltage regulator U1, an electrolytic capacitor CD1, an electrolytic capacitor CD2, a ceramic capacitor C1 and a ceramic capacitor C2. The temperature control circuit is composed of a negative temperature coefficient temperature-sensitive resistor RT, a resistor R1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a resistor R4, a resistor R5, and a photocoupler U2 without a base pin and a three-terminal adjustable shunt reference voltage source U3. The fan drive circuit is composed of an N-type MOS transistor Q1, a resistor R6, a current limiting protection resistor R7, a diode D1 and a diode D2. The control circuit is stable in performance and reliable in control, and has the advantages of a simple structure, a reasonable design, low manufacturing costs, and so on.
