Abstract:
A control circuit for an electric tool according to the present invention is provided with: a permanent magnet synchronization motor; a plurality of switching elements; and a PWM inverter circuit which drives the permanent magnet synchronization motor, the control circuit being provided with a current detection means which detects a current flowing in the PWM inverter circuit, wherein the currents flowing in respective elements of the permanent magnet synchronization motor and the PWM inverter circuit are limited to a predetermined current limit value when the permanent magnet synchronization motor is braked. Further, at the same time, the electromotive voltage of the permanent magnetic synchronization motor is raised and is regenerated in a battery by switching a low-side or high-side switching element of the PWM inverter circuit.
