Title:
CONTROL CIRCUIT AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/064319
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a secondary battery protective circuit, control circuit, etc. Provided is a circuit having low power consumption. Provided is a circuit having a high degree of integration. The present invention pertains to a control circuit having a first resistive circuit, a second resistive circuit, a comparator, and a memory circuit. One terminal of the first resistive circuit is electrically connected to a positive electrode of a secondary battery, and another terminal of the first resistive circuit is electrically connected to a first input terminal of the comparator and one terminal of the second resistive circuit. The memory circuit has the function of retaining first data. The control circuit has the function of using the first data to generate a first signal and a second signal, the function of imparting the first signal to the first resistive circuit so as to adjust the resistance of the first resistive circuit, the function of imparting the second signal to the second resistive circuit so as to adjust the resistance of the second resistive circuit, and the function of stopping the charging or discharging of the secondary battery in accordance with the output of the comparator. The memory circuit has a capacitive element where a strong dielectric layer is used in a dielectric layer.
