Abstract:
A control circuit is provided with: a transistor control unit for controlling the voltage at the gate terminal of a field-effect transistor in accordance with the difference between the voltages at the source and drain terminals of the field-effect transistor in which a body diode is connected in the forward direction; and a current control unit for, when a load connected through the source terminal of the field-effect transistor is light, reducing the operation current for operating the transistor control unit and for, when the load is heavy, increasing the operation current.
