Abstract:
The present invention relates to a control circuit for controlling a switching device. The control circuit controls first and second switching devices connected in series between a first potential and a second potential lower than the first potential and operating in a complementary manner. The control circuit is provided with a first control circuit for controlling the first switching device and a second control circuit for controlling the second switching device and variably controls circuit constants of the first and second control circuits on the basis of the temperature of one of the first and second switching devices.
