Abstract:
A control circuit of the present invention is capable of stably supplying a predetermined supply voltage (Vcc), and is suitable for reducing a substrate area. The control circuit is characterized by being provided with: a drive circuit that outputs gate drive signals; a charging circuit that generates a charging current when starting up the drive circuit; and a Vcc control circuit, which receives the output of the charging circuit, and outputs control signals for supplying the Vcc to the drive circuit. The control circuit is also characterized in that the drive circuit, the charging circuit, and the Vcc control circuit are provided in one chip.
