Abstract:
The control device (21) controls transmission of user data from a first communication device (22 or 23) to a second communication device (23 or 22). A transmission unit (212) of the control device transmits to the second communication device a request to notify the control device of at least one of the total capacity of a buffer in the second communication device, the total holding amount of user data held in the buffer, the capacity of the portion of the buffer allocated to the control device, and the holding amount of user data held in the buffer portion allocated to the control device. A reception unit (213) of the control device receives from the second communication device at least one of the total capacity, the total holding amount, the allocated capacity, and the holding amount. Accordingly, transmission control for suppressing buffer overflow can be achieved.
