Abstract:
To sufficiently reduce hydraulic-pump drive losses. This control device is provided with a control unit (14) that: controls the action of a regeneration valve (22) so as to switch to a regeneration state when performing a compound action in which a boom is lowered and an arm is pushed; and controls the flow rate of a second hydraulic pump (16) such that the discharge flow rate thereof decreases in accordance with hydraulic-oil regeneration on the part of the regeneration valve (22). During a compound action, if the discharge flow rate of the second hydraulic pump (16) is less than or equal to a prescribed flow rate, the control unit (14) outputs a command that reduces the speed of an engine (5) below a speed indicated by an instruction from a speed instruction unit (29).
